Summary of 15by30 Roadmap: Expanding Higher Education, Skills and Self-Reliance for Refugees

In 2019, UNHCR and its partners set the 15by30 goal, aiming at securing 15% enrollment of refugee youth in higher education, by 2030. Since that time, the estimated global refugee enrollment has risen from 1% to 7%. As the first in-depth review of the current global situation, this report aims to provide practical guidance for strategic direction and actions to achieve the 15by30 target.
