Summary of The effect of social capital on migrant labor market success: evidence from refugee sponsorship in Canada
This research considers the role of migrants’ social networks and the effect of “bridging social capital” on employment outcomes by systematically comparing GAR, PSR and BVOR employment outcomes and controlling for background characteristics.
