Description from host: The conference’s focus on inequalities and migration will facilitate the strengthening of inequality-related topics in the IMISCOE debates from different methodological approaches and various disciplinary fields. This event will foster thought-provoking discussions on the new map of global inequalities and challenges for the future, such as demographic, climate, and technological changes, and engage in a dialogue about solutions to the key challenges surrounding migration in the 21st century. Considering the massive displacement of people as a result of the war in Ukraine, the conference will provide a platform for a thorough discussion on forced migration in Europe and beyond.
